Warranty on Timber and Workmanship
10 year guarantee on our pine furniture frames,

Fabric carry the guarantee of the fabric house

All items carry 2 year guarantee on workmanship (Stitching, assembly)

Leather Furniture

Please note that leather is a natural material and that markings can acure during its life.

Insect bites, stretch & scratch marks, brand marks, small holes, peeling of layer, colour variation are natural.

Leather will stretch, the bigger the panel more pronounced the stretch will be, this will show as dents or wrinkles.

Any spills on furniture must be wiped off immediately with a damp cloth.

Never expose your leather furniture to direct sunlight, your leather furniture can fade faster.

Treatment with specialised food can be done once or twice a year dipending on conditions.

We recommend to test the leather food at the back of a cushion before use.

Leather can fade over time and is not an indication of poor quality, we can not be held responsible. 

Foam and our combination of filler soften in time,

maintane your cushions by plumping the cushions regulary.

Avoid overuse of the same area on the sofa, reverse and rotate your cushions regulary.

Wood

Please note that wood has knots, small cracks and colour variations,

Imperfections my be visible.

Mattress and Base

Beds guaranteed by Bed Supplier

Everyday wear and tear is excluded from any guarantee.

Sleeper Couch 

The sleeper couch meganisme can rust in damp environment

Annex can not take responsibility for. 

Payments

All orders to commence once proof of payment is received from the bank.

No sms/screenshots of proof of payment will be accepted

Balance of payment on all orders is due before delivery, All EFT need to reflect in our account before 

items will be released.

Items will remain the property of Sofa Man T/A ANNEX until full payment has been made.

Deliveries and Collections

Once full payment has been made, a suitable delivery date and time will be arrange

A deliverie fee will be charge with every delivery 

For more details on the delivery cost, please speak to your sales consoltant

Our delivery times: Monday to Thursday 9am-15pm and Friday 9am-13pm

In unlikely event of not being able to meet the delivery date as confirmed a suitable 

alternative date will be arrange

The delivery team is not responsible for any damage done at the customers residens

Please make sure your purchase will fit in lifts, staircases through wall waysand doors

Your purchase will not be returned and you will not be refunded

The delivery team will not be responsible to move existing furniture for your new furniture

The customer is required to inspect the product on delivery

You my collect your purchase at our store, on own risk.

Please make a date and time for your collection.

Please bring assistance and protection material for collecting of your furniture.

Storage Fees

We do not offer storage facilities, a fee will take place for delayed deliveries or collections after a week.

a Storage fee of R250 per day will be charge to the customer.

Custom Orders

We make effort to ensure that the information we provide is correct,

Details of your order shoud be checked and confirmed by yourself when your order is placed.

We do not hold ourselves responsible for any incorrect order placed

Lead time on all orders depends on the product, estimated 18-21 working days 

after confirmation of (50%deposit required)  your lead time will be stated on your sales order.

It is acknowledged that custom products may differ from samples due to hand made processes

and will be accepted by the customer.

Sale Products

In the matter of purchasing a product on the display showroom  as viewed by you (the customer)

Then that product is sold to you in that specific condition in which it is

Sale items can not be returned or repaired.

Furniture and Décor Returns

Unfortunately no refunds are given. The customer may choose a store credit or exchange

All floor stock items is sold and will have no return option thus NO refunds on floor items.

A 30% handling fee is applicable on items returned to Annex with prior arrangement with managemant.

All customized orders will not have a return option ifit is made according to consumer specification

Customers need to be aware of the size of customized items and make sure that there is ample access

for the items to be able to fit in to the home.

No cash refunds will be given only in-store credit, prior arrangement with management.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 1 years and store credit for 6 months.

Repairs

In the event that an item is defected or damaged, Complaints should be reported within 7 days from 

the date of purchase. Where necessary any defects will be repaired. This dicision will be at Management discretion

Disputation

If a dispute occurs between Annex (Management) and a customer  with regards

Furniture of any nature, Annex reserves the right to terminate the contract.

Annex may change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
